What are your products made from?
Winawood has been created using recycled polymer materials, making it incredibly resistant, easy to maintain and sustainable.

Is Winawood easy to assemble?
Winawood comes flat packed and require assembly. When your Winawood bench arrives, you'll find all the necessary components neatly organized and ready to be put together. With clear and straightforward instructions included, you'll have your bench up and ready for use in no time.

Why is Winawood sustainable?
From a sustainability perspective, Winawood is a game-changer. The recycled plastic component in Winawood ensures that it can be recycled again at the end of its life cycle, reducing waste and the environmental impact of production. Additionally, Winawood is certified to the Global Recycle Standard (GRS). The GRS ensures that products claiming to be made with recycled materials meet specific criteria for the percentage of recycled content, also implementing restrictions on the use of certain chemicals in the manufacturing process to promote environmental and human health.
ORDERS & SHIPPING
When can I contact you?
Our office is open Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm. We do not despatch goods on weekends or public holidays (orders placed after midday on Friday will be processed on Monday).
Where are you based?
Our administration & sales office is based in London, UK. All orders are despatched from our warehouse in York.
Do you ship worldwide?
We only ship to the Mainland UK on our website. For orders outside the UK please email us at sales@maisonandgarden.co.uk and we will confirm if it is possible to ship to your address and the costs involved.
How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping on all U.K. orders over £50 (excluding Channel Islands, Isle of Wight and Scottish Highlands). If your shipping address does incur an extra charge due to the location we will contact you to confirm the details and you can choose whether to proceed or cancel the order.
Shipping cost for orders under £50 is £4.99.
How quickly can my item be delivered?
We aim to fulfil orders within 5 working days (larger/bulkier orders may take longer). If you have not received your order within 7 working days please contact us.
My item has arrived damaged.
If your item has arrived damaged, please contact us via phone or email (alongside images where applicable). If you are eligible for a refund or replacement we will arrange this as soon as possible.
I'd like to return my item.
Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us by phone or email explaining why you would like to return your item(s). We will then arrange a collection & refund or replacement (where applicable). There are some exceptions to the 30 day limit, such as some larger furniture items which have limited warranties.
I'd like to cancel my order.
Please phone us immediately and we’ll try to cancel your order before it is sent to our warehouse. Cancellations requested after 24 hours of placing an order on our website may result in a late cancellation fee.
I haven't received my refund yet.
Refunds can take some time to process, so please allow 5 working days before contacting us. In the meantime, please make sure you check your bank account or PayPal account regularly to see if a refund has been processed.

How will I know when my goods have been despatched?
You will receive an email when your order has been despatched alongside information about your chosen delivery method.
